The re development of the former Windmill Public House site allowed for the construction of a contemporary scheme which included seven 3 bedroom family houses and six 1 to 2 bedroom apartments. The various properties were preserved to a high standard of finish throughout and offered excellent proportioned living spaces at affordable prices within the Brighton area.
