The Avenue, Lewes

A successful development that finally completed the street scape and also overlooking Baxter's Field. The site had stood empty for some years as previous attempts to develop the site had failed to materialise, due uneconomical concepts.  The building of four semi-detached houses provided a viable alternative. These houses are a positive example of Cross invitation combined with the exceptional design by award winning Architects, Morgan Carn.
