The final phase of the Dittons Road housing scheme was completed in  December 2019 with all houses sold and occupied by Late January 2020. Cross Group delivered the 65 residential led housing development over a 3 years period. The scheme included 2,3 and 4 bedroomed houses and ranged from terrace, semi-detached and detached houses all with off street parking. Prospective purchasers also benefited from the Government's Help to Buy scheme if they desired it.

Cross Group is now looking to deliver further housing on adjacent areas of land under its control over the next 2 to 3 years.
